個人簡介

Jenq-Haur Wang (王正豪) is a professor in Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering, National Taipei University of Technology (Taipei Tech), Taiwan. He received his B.S. and Ph.D degrees in Computer Science from National Taiwan University, Taiwan, in 1994 and 2002, respectively. During 2002 and 2007, he worked in Academia Sinica as a Postdoctoral Fellow under the supervision of Dr. Lee-Feng Chien (簡立峰). He joined Taipei Tech as an assistant professor in 2007. His research interests include social Web mining, knowledge discovery, natural language processing, network and information security, distributed machine learning, and big data analytics. He has published more than 90 journal and conference papers in these research fields.

Dr. Wang is a member of ACM and IEEE. He was an editorial board member of International Journal on Digital Library Systems (IJDLS). He served as program committee members of ACM SIGIR 2010, IEEE SocialCom 2012, SocialNLP 2013-2015, IEEE ISI 2009-2014, and TAAI 2012-2014. He was also reviewers of many prestigious journals and conferences (e.g. ACM TOIS, ACM TALIP, JASIST, DSS, IP&M, KAIS, DKE). He won the best paper award in ICADL 2007.
